To Pay DOLPHIN/GARUDA BILLClick Here .MTNL has upgraded the billing system and accordingly online payment interfaces have changed.To Register click here and Click on 'Create Sign In'. .If you know your person id give it or else click on Click to get person ID. .If you know your new nine digit account number give it along with dolphin/Garuda number and system will give your person id . .If you don't have your new nine digit account number / Person Id,contact 1503 . .Once login is created go to Account management and select VIEW BILLS option . .Select your account id from dropdown .Give the desired date range . .Click on bill number and the bill will be displayed. .Pay your bill online by selecting option as ICICI payment gateway or through Bill Desk as desired.
